By downloading, installing, or using PixelSave ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PixelSave is a journaling application available on Android and iOS. It allows you to create journal entries and milestone checkpoints, organize them with tags, and export your data in open formats.

3. Pricing and Payment

Free trial

PixelSave offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial.

One-time purchase

After the trial period, PixelSave is available as a one-time purchase of $5.99 USD (or local equivalent). There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no recurring charges.

Refunds

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are handled according to the respective store's refund policy:

• Apple: Request a refund from Apple
• Google: Request a refund from Google Play

4. Data Export

You may export all your journal data at any time, in Markdown or JSON format. Export is always available, even after the trial expires and regardless of purchase status. We will never hold your data hostage.

5. Cloud Sync

Cloud sync is an optional feature included with the app at no additional cost. Sync allows you to keep your journal data consistent across multiple devices. You may disable sync at any time, and the app will continue to function fully in offline/local mode.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to store or transmit content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our sync servers or infrastructure
• Redistribute or resell the app

7. Intellectual Property

PixelSave, its design, code, and assets are the property of its developer. Your journal content remains entirely yours — we claim no ownership or license over anything you write.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PixelSave is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that data loss will never occur. We strongly recommend using the export feature to maintain backups of your journal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelSave and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
